Welcome to ZenCloud! These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to all individuals or entities accessing or using ZenCloud (the "Services") (the "Users"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service content
2.1 ZenCloud provides the following services:
Upload, store and manage images and videos.
File sharing function, support to set the validity period of the share link.
The account synchronization function supports data synchronization across multiple devices.
Built-in HD video player, support fast forward, fast back and playback speed adjustment.
2.2 ZenCloud reserves the right to adjust the content of the Services, optimize the functions of the Services or make technical upgrades at any time, but will notify the user in advance.
3. Rights and Obligations of Users
3.1 User Rights:
Users have the right to use all services provided by ZenCloud, subject to these Terms.
Users have the right to access, correct, delete their personal information, or cancel their accounts at any time.
3.2 User Obligations:
Users should properly keep their account information to prevent disclosure to others.
Users shall not use ZenCloud Services to engage in any illegal or criminal activities, nor shall they provide assistance for the illegal or criminal activities of others.
Users may not upload, store or share any content that violates laws and regulations, infringes others' intellectual property rights or privacy.
Users may not access or use the Services in any manner other than that specified by ZenCloud.
4. Data security and privacy protection
4.1 ZenCloud strictly follows the international privacy protection standard ISO/IEC 27018 to ensure the security and privacy of data.
4.2 ZenCloud takes the following measures to protect user data:
Industry-standard encryption technology is used for data transmission and storage.
Implement strict access rights management, only authorized personnel can access user data.
Conduct regular security audits and monitoring to identify and fix potential security vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
4.3 ZenCloud does not share users' personal information with third parties unless expressly authorized by the user or required by law.
5. Rules of use
5.1 The user shall comply with the laws and regulations of the country or region to which he belongs and where he is located.
5.2 Users shall not use ZenCloud Services to create, upload, copy, publish, transmit, disseminate or republish any content that violates laws and regulations.
5.3 Users shall not engage in any acts that endanger ZenCloud's business stability and security or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others through ZenCloud Services.
5.4 Users may not download or distribute any content that violates laws and regulations through ZenCloud Services.
6. Account management
6.1 The user shall properly keep his/her account and password, and shall not disclose the account information to others.
6.2 The User shall immediately notify ZenCloud customer Service of any account breach or other security issue.
6.3 The user has the right to cancel the account at any time, but once the account is cancelled, all the data will not be recovered.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 ZenCloud will endeavor to provide a high quality service experience, but cannot guarantee that the service is always available and error-free.
7.2 ZenCloud is not liable for service interruptions or effects on service quality caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, acts of war, etc.).
7.3 The User understands and agrees that the use of ZenCloud Services may be exposed to offensive or inappropriate content, and ZenCloud is not responsible for such content.
8. Liability for breach of contract
8.1 If the User violates any provision of these Terms, ZenCloud reserves the right to immediately terminate the provision of some or all of the Services to the User without prior notice to the User.
8.2 Any third party claim or legal liability arising from the User's violation of the Terms shall be borne by the User himself.
9. Law application and dispute resolution
9.1 The formation, execution and interpretation of these Terms and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the country or region where the User is located.
9.2 In case of any dispute arising from the contents or implementation of this Agreement, both parties shall try their best to settle it through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, both parties agree to submit the case to the arbitration institution where ZenCloud is located for arbitration.
10. Changes to the agreement
10.1 ZenCloud reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, but will notify the User by appropriate means.
10.2 By continuing to use the ZenCloud Services after these Terms have been updated, the User agrees to the new terms.
